Exhibitions come in all shapes and sizes, budgets too so there are solutions for every occasion. These can range from simply dressing an existing shell scheme to bespoke designs including breakout rooms, storage and AV. There are many modular systems that can be configured to create eye-catching designs and are ideal when working to a budget.
Designing an effective exhibition stand requires practical experience. Over the years we have received many beautiful designs where the graphics seem highly professional and effective only to discover that when a table is introduced to the stand for some of the products or merchandising literature half the messaging is obscured. All important messaging needs to be placed 1500mm from the floor. It is essential at a design stage to include all the furniture that will be require and we can “print” your own branded furniture from re-board including tables, chairs and shelves.
Storage is also important and should be designed into the exhibition stand. Piles of brochures in a corner, stacks of completed leads forms or scattered visitor’s business cards look unsightly and unprofessional. Having an area to store these items is vital and is often overlooked – but not by us.
When you’re planning your event you need to consider transport, if you’re using large rigid panels how are you going to transport them, will it fit on a carrier or in your vehicles? For this reason many exhibition systems use flexible graphics so they can be rolled for transport. These are fitted to aluminium extruded frames which can be fitted together to make larger frame sections. Another thing to consider is who will be building the exhibition stand will it be you and your colleagues? Are they experienced and safe working on ladders? Some times this can be best left to us to take the pain away from the build and breakdown leaving you to focus on the reason you’re doing this, to win new business.
